What's New!

• CINDEX for Windows version 1.5.6 was released on 2001. If you have 1.5.x, you can update your version by going to the Indexing Research's web site Downloads page to read about the new features and download an updater program.  If you have version 1.0.x of CINDEX, you must order an upgrade. See our order products page for costs.

• CINDEX for OS X has been released. Upgrade costs varying depending on the Macintosh version of CINDEX, you currently use. See our order products page for costs.

• CINDEX for Windows, the Publishers' Edition, has extra features for managing multi-users on a network, administrative functions, and other miscellaneous features.

• CINDEX has been used to create the index to the latest Federal Budget!

• Typesetting/Composition has been added to service offerings.

• Another new service is programming macros for Microsoft Word and database development for Microsoft Access.

• Conversions, conversions, and more conversions: Publishers have left the mainframe for the desktop, but there is still a lot of legacy data on those mainframes (IBMs and VAXes).  We have assisted a variety of publishers in retaining the value of indexes and tables by converting them into CINDEX files.
